Who we are

Quiid (quiid.co.uk) is a UK-based profit tracking tool for secondhand resellers. Your data is controlled by the operator of quiid.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

Your email address and a hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text). When you use the item tracker, we store the item details you enter (names, prices, dates, categories). If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment — we store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Quiid service: tracking your items, calculating profits, and managing your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data), Brevo for transactional emails (password resets, notifications), and analytics software to understand how the site is used. No personal data is shared with advertisers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and protect forms (CSRF tokens). These are strictly necessary and do not require consent. If we add analytics cookies in future, we will ask for your consent before setting them.

Where your data is stored

All data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom (Krystal hosting). Your data does not leave the UK/EU.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you. Correct any inaccurate data. Delete your account and all associated data (you can do this from Account Settings — deletion is completed within 24 hours). Export your data. Withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 24 hours. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Quiid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
