Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2025

1. About Quiid

Quiid (quiid.co.uk) is a profit tracking and pricing intelligence tool for UK secondhand resellers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.

3. Free and paid plans

Quiid offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (Pro and Power) with additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. Downgrading preserves your data; no data is deleted when you change plans.

4. Refunds

As a digital service, we do not offer routine refunds. However, if you experience a genuine issue, contact support@quiid.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve it fairly. UK consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions where the service has not yet been fully used.

5. Your data

You own your data. We store it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Not tax advice

Quiid provides tools to help you organise your reselling activity. Nothing in Quiid constitutes tax advice, financial advice, or legal advice. The HMRC summary feature is an organisational tool only. If you are unsure of your tax obligations, consult a qualified accountant or visit gov.uk. We are not responsible for any tax decisions you make based on information shown in Quiid.

7. Platform fee accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to keep platform fee data accurate and up to date. However, platforms (eBay, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace) may change their fees without notice. Quiid is not liable for any discrepancies between the fees shown in our tool and the actual fees charged by platforms. We recommend verifying fees directly with the platform before making significant business decisions.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Quiid for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access other users' data, or attempt to circumvent subscription limits or security measures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Quiid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of profit, data, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months prior to any claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Quiid after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Contact
